Well it’s that time of year again. It’s time for everyone to start setting those New Year’s resolutions right? We all do it but how many of us keep those resolutions??? The truth is not many. In an earlier post I spoke to you about the effect Tools To Life has had on my life. It’s effected my business and personal life in a way that I can’t even put into words. However, one of the most important things it has taught me is not only the importance of setting short term goals but how to get them accomplished. Most people approach their New Year’s resolution as one huge goal but they never take the time to write down the small steps that you need to take to get to that goal. Breaking your goal down may bring you the success you wanted for the year in a matter of MONTHS! Watch This Video Below With Tools To Life Founder Devlyn Steele:

Tips For Work At Home Parents - Time Managment
Tips For Work At Home Parents
If you are a new work at home parent balancing work, kids and everything else can be a struggle. Here are some tips for work at home parents that might make the day go a little easier.
I have been working at home for some time and while there are great advantages to it there are also struggles that you go through from time to time. I thought when my kids were younger it will get so much easier as they get older. I can send them off to school and work away. That is not always the case for work at home parents. Now that I have sent them both off to school they seem to have more and more things that need to be done. My goal is spending great time with them, but sometimes that can be a struggle. Activities, homework and just regular items on my to do list around the house can seem intimidating at times. Then I add in the tasks I want to get done each day and sometimes they just don't get done. That's why it's so important to have a system. Here are a couple of tips that I have learned along the way to balance things out.
- Keeping a daily checklist along with a notebook with special tasks for each day will not only keep your day organized but will help you to be sure that your most important tasks are complete.
- Prioritize your checklist. What is most important?
- Always write down 4-5 items right before bed or when your work day is coming to an end. That way if you are not focused when you start the next day you have your items right there to get you started. Then you are less likely to stray to messing around on the internet or checking emails you really don't need.
- Track you list- Is something carrying over day after day on your list? If it is find out why..is it really that important? Do you need to do it? Or are you intimidated by the task? Figure out the problem and either get it done or remove it from the list.
These are just a few small tips and while not everyone is a work at home parent everyone that is running a home business has their own set of items that can take away from their tasks for the day and get them off track. Find out what you can get rid of in your day that just isn't necessary. For myself the most important goal is definitely getting my tasks accomplished each day but more importantly spending quality time with my kids. That's why we do this right?
If you have a home business and you are not using a system it is a must! Everyone builds their home business in their own way using their own methods. It's important to have an online community who supports you. If you do not have a system or have not found a system that is right for you visit http://www.Second-Income-Coach.com

GVO Conference Video Web Conference Solutions
GVO Conference Offers Web Conference Solutions
GVO Conference Offers Web Conference Solutions
GVO Conference now offers web based video conferencing for any price point. Web conference solutions no longer have to cost a fortune.
GVO Conference began an international prelaunch this month of a web based video conferencing system. It opened it's doors with rave reviews and huge membership numbers. GVO Conference may be in prelaunch but it's no start up! Joel Theiren, the owner/operator of the very successful GVO (Global Virtual Opportunities). He has offered web conference solutions for years but now is launching a separate product that has been years in the making on a much larger scale.
Here is a little background about Joel Theiren and GVO.
In 2004 Joel Launched an AMAZING VoIP web conference solution called Hotconference. In just 3 months the product has over 7 million.. YES seven million end users and downloads..
It grew so fast, that he grew himself and his data center in Canada literally almost out of business..
It was launched in January 2004
By April 2004 it had 7 million end users! By May it had grown so big that the company that provided fibre optics to his data center told him there was no fibre left in the city!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WOW
Fast forward to 2010..
Joel relocated his family and staff from Ottawa, Canada to San Antonio, Texas.. (where fibre optics and bandwidth is truly UNLIMITED) Just so that he could re launch this amazing product and opportunity. He spent millions setting up a brand new data center in San Antonio Texas, and now 7 years later.. he is re launching a TOTALLY amazing opportunity and product..
There are many web conference solutions on the internet today. Some of the most popular GoToMeeting and WebEx. While these products may do the job, they cost at least 3 times what GVO Conference does while offering you no additional features.
Every GVO Conference room features:
Why can GVO Conference offer the same web based video conferencing as their competitors at a fraction of the price? It's a very simple answer.. they are a 12 year old company that owns their data center..owns routers owns servers..there is no middle man.
Think about this for a moment. Just a few years ago a domain name used to cost around $100. Out of the blue came a company called Go Daddy. They charged around $10 for a domain name. Now.. Go Daddy is huge and there is not a company out there that should be charging you $100 for a domain name. Imagine if you owned your own Go Daddy business. Offering a service that is above and beyond the competition for not just half the price...for next to nothing! You will not find such unique features at such a low price point. This web conferencing solution is so simple and easy to use all it requires is simply an internet connection.
Web based video conferencing does not have to be complicated or expensive. GVO Conference is also structured with the network marketer and internet marker in mind with a great compensation plan. It offers great commissions on multiple levels so it's easy for anyone to generate the commission for their fee in the first month with such a low price point.
Timing is everything in network marketing and the same is true with GVO Conference. Web based video conferencing is in such high demand as most business owners continue to make the switch from offline marketing to online marketing. The need for that personal touch is still there. You can add an additional personal touch with your prospects by having a web conference solution.

Using Banner Ads
While banner advertising is not something I use 100% if the time to build my list it is a tool that you should always have handy if the right place comes around to plug them in. They are great for use on your blogs and web pages, but sometimes there are programs that come around that it's nice to have your own banner ad to plug in.
This is something that really is essential to online success. Using banner ads may not be the first thing you teach someone on your team but it is definitely something you will want to have in your arsenal. There are some desktop banner creators you can get that are not that expensive. I got mine for less than $50. If you are not ready to take that leap with banner advertising there are some great places online to create banner ads yourself for free. My favorite place for that is http://www.bannerbreak.com To show you how simple it is to do here are some examples of three that I have made within about 20 min...so it's not that hard.

5 of Mark Yarnell's Success Secrets
Mark Yarnell is a best selling author and success coach and mentor in the home based business industry. He has some great motivational writing. Here are some great tips.
5 of Mark Yarnell's Success Secrets
1. Turn off your TV, computer, cell phone and text messaging and spend 2 hours a day talking to real people, either in person or through a land line.
2. Make a five-year commitment to your company and never look at any other deal. Consider all other Networking opportunities a waste of your time at this point.
3. Begin reading one non-fiction bestseller each month in any field of your own personal interest.
4. Get out of all meaningless business relationships with those who drag you down with negativity or sociopathic behavior.
5. Do not attend any more rah! rah! meetings IF you're 100% convinced that they are a waste of your time and money. Spend your time recruiting and retailing.
Take a listen to what Mark Yarnell has to say. He's quite inspiring:

Review Of The New Plug Into Prospects System
The Plug Into Prospects system entered pre-launch phase June 14, 2010. With the launch coming in 3 days. The Plug Into Prospects system is an online prospecting system that is perfect for any home based business owner. It is a generic system so it can be used for any home business opportunity and is a great funded proposal focused around generating prospects for your primary business.
Plug Into Prospects offers quite a few perks. I'll start with the focus most marketers want to know about. Compensation. The system offers a well rounded plan. The income you generate does depend on your membership level though. Free members do not have the ability to generate the income that paid members do. There are three ways to get paid.
1. 2 X 12 Forced Matrix (no sponsoring required to get paid)
2. Platinum Leaders Bonus Pool
3. $4 For Each Personally Sponsored Member
There are other perks to the system as well. Plug Into Prospects offers the ability for you to earn what are called Adpoints within the system. Both free and paid members can use these points to advertise your own business within the system. You can receive these points for logging into the system, viewing and/or participating in advertisements within the system and referring new members. This is a great option to advertise your own business or opportunity.
There are a couple of things about Plug Into Prospects that make it easier for leaders to use. My favorite is something you rarely find in a funded proposal system. The ability to plug your own auto responder code into your capture pages AND your own video, audio or picture. Whatever you currently use for your capture pages. This really allows you to continue to build your list and brand yourself online while partnering with a system. You can use up to 6 capture pages as well.
There are some functions in the system already working. The adcredit functions are coming in each day. However, there are some functions that are now available until the system launches such as the capture page features. In the meantime you may want to use your own splash page to promote it as you should do with any system. Never stop list building! All in all it looks like a great system that focuses on prospect generation which is what any online marketer focuses on. It gives you the ability to learn and earn with one on one training.
